This is a non-exhaustive list of documents we do not accept:
• Expired documentation
• Provisional documentation
• National Insurance Cards
• Work ID Cards / Student ID Cards
• P45 (Any tax/payee form detailing the person's cessation of employment)
• Birth certificates
•Any proof of address documentation that is older than 3 months.
We reserve the right to refuse any documentation that does not fully satisfy our ongoing KYC requirements, whether on the basis of the quality and visibility of the document or its substantial contents.
