Why I am not receiving confirmation/notification emails from Utrust
Emails can take a few minutes to arrive. If you feel too much time has passed and the email is not in your inbox, please check if one of these situations occurred.
- The most common reason is you haven’t received our email because it went to your spam/junk folder.
If you find it there, you should have the option to mark it as "Not Spam/ Junk".- Add the Utrust email address to your email contacts.
- Check your email filters: Most email services provide filtering options to help you manage your inbox. Check if a filter might have redirected the email.
