How can I know the order status?

You can check the current status of an order in your Merchant Dashboard.

The possible orders statuses are:

  • On Hold - The payment is in progress;
  • Paid - The payment for that order has been confirmed;
  • Canceled - The buyer decided not to proceed with the payment;
  • Failed - Payment failed;
  • Refunding... - You have decided to propose a refund to the buyer and the buyer is still in the process of refunding;
  • Refunded - The buyer has received the refund you’ve sent.
