Where is my refund sent to?
When a refund process is initiated, Utrust sends you an email notification explaining the process and asking you to provide the address to where Utrust can send the refund.
Once is completed, Utrust will notify you confirming the refund.
Please double check the address that you provide, make sure it belongs to you and not to an exchange.
When you provide an exchange address for your refund, it is possible to incur in extra fees being charged by them and larger delays while they validate the transaction. If sending currencies not supported by the exchange itself, the exchange may ignore the transaction resulting in complete loss of funds.
