I did not receive my verification code via SMS, what can I do?

Sometimes, the SMS verification code takes a few minutes to be received. If after a few minutes you still haven’t received the verification code, before continuing, please confirm your phone number. We just want to make sure that Utrust sent the verification to the right phone.

If the number is not correct:

1. Click “back” or press the hardware button “back”;

2. Type your country code and phone number;

3. Click “Send SMS”.

If the number is correct just click on “Resend SMS”. If after a few minutes you still haven’t received the verification code please contact support.
