Why hasn't my payment been confirmed?

Updated 1 week ago by Team Support

Transactions in the blockchain take some time to reach a confirmation state. This can depend on many factors, such as network congestion, and issues with the nodes used by UTRUST.

Pending transactions will either be confirmed or they will be rejected/discarded by the network. Confirmation usually happens in a few minutes, unless the network is congested, or our nodes are under maintenance. All of this is totally normal. Common causes for transactions to be rejected or discarded include:

- too little fees, resulting in nodes refusing to process your transaction

- invalid parameters (e.g. trying to send a value higher than your confirmed balance)

- network congestion, resulting in higher-than-normal average fees being necessary, or not enough throughput available in the network to fulfill all transactions.

How did we do?
