Where is the ICO Dashboard?
Utrust’s initial coin offering, known as ICO, was in November of 2017. Considering the deadline, we decided to protect your information in another location. This means that you cannot currently access your ICO account, but all of the data is secure and available only to the legitimate owner.
Important: During the ICO, a KYC process was required and the following process that you should take depends on its status.
1. To those who have successfully confirmed the KYC Status, please check the Withdraw Process information.
2. To those who had the KYC process enabled but were unable to complete it successfully, please check the Refund Process information.
3. To those who did not fulfill the compliance requirements and were not authorized to do the KYC process, please check the Refund Process information.
In the future, the tokens procedure will be as follows: Once released, your tokens will be available through the Utrust wallet.
Please note: your tokens are as safe as they always have been. We will only request our users who decided to leave the tokens in our safe keeping, to go through a KYC process on the wallet so we can be sure that the tokens are allocated to their legitimate owner. The process will be very simple and quick, and your tokens will be available directly in our app, ready to be stored/used.
Despite that, if you still decide to withdraw your tokens now, please send us the request by email to email@example.com through the email account you used to invest, providing your withdraw address and a copy of your ID card or passport in order to open this procedure.
In order for Utrust to be able to send your refund, please send us the request by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, through the email account you used to register on the ICO platform, and providing your refund address and a copy of your ID card or passport in order to open this procedure.
